  1. This Privacy Policy describes how Pics Tailor (the "Service") handles user information. The operator is Tomokaku Lab.
  2. All image processing happens locally in your browser. Image files and their contents are not collected, uploaded, or stored by the operator.
  3. From the feedback form, I collect the category, message content, language, timestamp, and any email address you choose to provide. Email is used only if a reply is needed, and a reply is not guaranteed.
  4. For service improvement and issue resolution, crash reports may send error details, timestamps, and technical information (such as browser/OS) to Sentry. I take care not to send personally identifiable information.
  5. Anonymous usage stats are optional and cover only aggregated counts such as resize mode and output format. The default is OFF, and you can toggle it in the footer privacy settings.
  6. Collected information is used to provide and improve the Service, resolve issues, and handle feedback.
  7. Feedback submission is handled via infrastructure such as Cloudflare Workers and an email delivery service. Crash reports use Sentry. I do not share information with other third parties except as required by law.
  8. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve its purposes and is deleted when no longer needed.
  9. The Service stores settings (such as language and anonymous stats preference) in local storage on your device. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
  10. This policy may be updated without prior notice. Updates will be announced on this page.
